Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated individuals for an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee program. You will enroll in a 12-month training combining field-based and classroom instruction at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you will travel up to 80-100% with overnight stays, work with a Sales Mentor, and gain knowledge of automotive software solutions, marketing services, forms and promotional products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Willing to travel 80-100% during training and relocate after program.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to assigned territory after training and achieve quotas.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers.
• Complete 12-month training with field and classroom components.
