Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated individuals for an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee program. The 12-month training combines field-based and classroom learning at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, with hands-on coaching across automotive software, marketing services, and printed business forms.

Upon completion, trainees relocate to an assigned territory as Sales Professionals, with relocation support and travel of 80–100% during training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license with <2 moving violations in 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI in 5 years.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to relocate after training.
• Ability to travel overnight 80–100% during training.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers.
• Meet monthly and annual quotas.
• Participate in training and field-based sales activities.
• Travel with teams during training (80–100%).
