Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12 month sales training program, a mix of field-based and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.

For the field training you will work with your Sales Mentor in your territory and may travel with overnight stays up to 80–100% during the program; after completion you

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and relationship-building abilities.
• Willing to travel 80-100% during training and relocate after completion.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in a 12-month sales training program (field-based and classroom).
• Work with a Sales Mentor in your territory and accompany calls.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Achieve designated monthly and annual quotas for Reynolds products and services for new and existing customers.
