Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program combining field-based and classroom style training, with sessions hosted at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you will work with a Sales Mentor in your territory, observe the sales process, and accompany them on calls. After completing the program, you will relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last 5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Travel (overnight) 80–100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to an assigned territory after completing the training program and become a Sales Professional.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
• Achieve designated monthly and annual quotas.
