Spectrum seeks a results-driven leader to oversee its Multi-Tenant Sales Department, guiding a team of Sales Representatives through coaching, performance management, and real-time problem solving to achieve budgeted sales goals and ensure strong customer experience and compliance.

You will recruit, onboard, and train staff, manage a mix of field (70%) and office (30%) activities, and supervise territory assignments and payroll/commissions in line with company policies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Knowledge of community sales practices.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance.
• 0.5+ years of sales supervisory experience.
• Telecommunications and cable industry experience.
• Understanding of Spectrum products and services.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day execution of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department and coach reps.
• Drive budgeted sales goals through performance management and coaching.
• Supervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives with direction and coaching.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard representatives with training on processes and compliance.
• Balance field work (about 70%) and office work (30%) with performance reviews.
• Maintain territory assignments and ensure coverage of properties.
• Oversee payroll and commission payments per company policies.
• Handle employee relations and ensure training completion.
• Assist with local budget prep and provide input on marketing and offers.
