Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Multi-Tenant Sales Supervisor to lead a field-based team and drive performance across assigned territories. You will coach reps, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to customer experience and compliance standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or marketing and 1+ year of sales experience, with travel and a valid driver's license. Travel is approximately 70% field work and 30% office work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department and lead Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives through coaching and performance management.
• Own team sales performance and ensure budgeted goals are met or exceeded through coaching and use of reporting tools.
• Supervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives with daily direction and activity management to ensure field sales process execution.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives and ensure training on field processes and compliance.
• Manage payroll review and timely approval of all commissions per policy; address employee relations and training needs.
• Coordinate territory assignments and coverage to align with turf guidelines and business objectives.
• Support local budget planning and provide market feedback from field performance.
