Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Multi-Tenant Sales Manager to lead and coach the sales team, ensuring execution of the field sales process and attainment of budgeted goals. The role requires travel between field and office settings and involves recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance.
• Preferred: 0.5+ years of sales supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Telecommunications and cable industry experience.
• Preferred: Ability to read, write, speak English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day execution of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department and lead Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives through coaching and performance management.
• Own team sales performance and ensure budgeted goals are met through coaching and use of reporting tools.
• Supervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives with daily direction and coaching to ensure compliance and field execution.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives with proper training on processes and customer experience.
• Support staff with approx. 70% field work and 30% office work, including field coaching and performance reviews.
• Communicate clear territory assignments and ensure coverage of assigned properties.
• Monitor payroll and review/approve commissions in line with company policies.
• Handle employee relations, conduct performance appraisals, and ensure training completion.
• Assist with local budget preparation and provide input on marketing and sales offers.
• Perform other duties as requested.
