Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Multi-Tenant Sales Manager to oversee day-to-day sales operations across assigned territories, coaching and guiding a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives to meet budgets and uphold customer experience and compliance standards.

This role involves 70% field work and 30% office duties, recruiting and onboarding new reps, approving commissions, and collaborating with marketing on local offers, all while ensuring adherence to company policies and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Knowledge of community sales practices.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department and lead Representatives through coaching and performance management.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives; train on field sales processes and customer experience.
• Provide field coaching, observations, and office-based performance reviews; manage territory assignments and coverage.
• Monitor payroll and approve commissions per company policies; address employee relations and training.
• Contribute to local budget input and sales offers based on field performance and competitive insights.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
