Spectrum is seeking a Multi-Tenant Sales Manager to lead and coach a team of Sales Representatives across assigned territories, ensuring budgeted goals, strong customer experience, and compliance with sales processes.

You will split time ~70% in the field and ~30% in the office, recruiting and onboarding new staff, coaching performance, and coordinating territory coverage. A Bachelor's in business/marketing or equivalent, 1+ year sales experience, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Knowledge of community sales practices.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day execution of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department.
• Lead Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives through coaching and performance management.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard sales staff; train on field processes and compliance.
• Monitor payroll and approve commission payments per policy.
• Provide 70% field work and 30% office work with coaching and observations.
• Manage territory assignments and coverage.
