Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives through coaching, performance management, and problem solving to meet budgeted sales goals.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department and ensure compliance with processes and standards.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard sales reps, training them on field sales and customer experience.
• Monitor payroll and commissions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide field and office support (approx. 70% field, 30% office) and drive territory coverage.
