Meier Agency is seeking a Sales Team Leader Trainee to join our expanding sales force. You will learn our products, sales processes, and CRM while mentoring new team members and building your own book of business in a field-based, B2B environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven improvements, and active participation in sales meetings. A licensing pathway is supported, with competitive weekly draw, commissions, and incentives.

Formación

• Experience using sales-related software (CRM) is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn about insurance industry and obtain license.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Good communication; experience in customer service is beneficial.
• Must have or be willing to obtain health & life license.

Responsabilidades

• Learn company products/services, sales processes, and CRM.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales team members.
• Engage in field B2B sales and build your own book of business.
• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to improve sales skills.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure excellent service.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas to motivate the team.
