Qualifications

• Licensed Health & Life producer or willingness to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Willingness to obtain insurance license and comply with regulations.
• Strong communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn products/services, sales processes, and CRM.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales team members.
• Field B2B sales building your own book of business.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure excellent service.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas.
