Meier Agency is seeking a Sales Team Leader Trainee to join our expanding sales team. This role targets individuals driven by sales and leadership growth, with on-the-ground B2B responsibilities and mentoring responsibilities.

You will learn our products, train with CRM, and work towards obtaining an insurance license while building your own client book. The role includes a competitive draw, bonuses, and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience using sales-related software is beneficial (CRM).
• Willingness to learn about the Insurance industry and obtain your license.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be a good communicator able to analyze complex insurance programs; customer service experience is beneficial.
• Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Learn products/services, sales processes, and CRM.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales team members.
• Build your own book of business in B2B in-person sales.
• Provide guidance, coaching to team members to enhance sales skills.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in sales meetings and motivate team members.
