Meier Agency in Missouri is seeking a driven Sales Team Leader Trainee to join our expanding sales team. You will learn products/services, sales processes, and CRM while developing leadership skills and building your own book of business in a field-based, B2B environment.

We offer weekly draw pay with commissions, ongoing training, and a fast track to leadership for top performers. Candidates should be willing to obtain an insurance license and grow with a fast-growing independent agency.

Qualifications

• Experience using sales-related software (CRM) is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn about insurance and obtain licenses.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and ability to analyze complex ideas.
• Licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life producer license.

Responsabilités

• Learn products/services, sales processes, and CRM.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales members.
• Build your own book of business in a field-based B2B environment.
• Provide guidance and coaching to improve sales skills.
• Handle escalated inquiries and ensure excellent service.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas.
