2+ years in beverage sales, field execution, or merchandising.

Strong understanding of retail execution standards and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account Managers to deliver against distribution, display, and sales goals.
Provide field training and ongoing performance feedback to team members.
Monitor KPIs and adjust workloads, territories, or strategies to maximize productivity.
Act as the main point of accountability for team execution and route effectiveness.
Foster a team-oriented culture rooted in accountability and continuous improvement.
Support the team in driving market share growth through targeted selling and strengthened retail execution.
Ensure proper execution of promotional calendars, new product launches, and in-market programming.
Monitor shelf presence and display placements across key accounts.
