Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking an Account Manager in Loveland, CO to drive sales growth and expand product distribution across assigned retail accounts. You will ensure execution standards, promote a broad brand portfolio, and build strong partnerships with store managers and buyers.

Responsibilities include driving promotions, optimizing shelf placements, coordinating launches, and maintaining stock freshness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years beverage sales/merchandising/route experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with multi-priority management.
• 21+ with valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Grow market share by expanding distribution and increasing product reach across categories.
• Present and promote a broad brand portfolio to retailers with promotional programs.
• Increase shelf space and secure primary placements in core SKUs.
• Launch promotions to drive short-term lift and long-term distribution wins.
• Support new product launches with plans including POS, sampling, and education.
• Maintain stock rotation to ensure freshness and comply with standards.
• Monitor inventories and prevent OOS or aging stock issues.
• Build relationships with store managers, buyers, and decision-makers.
• Visit accounts regularly to review performance and update orders.
• Negotiate display opportunities to enhance visibility and sales.
