Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits is seeking an Account Manager in Loveland, CO to drive sales growth by expanding distribution and ensuring execution standards across retail accounts.

You will promote brands, secure shelf space, and lead promotions while maintaining stock freshness and building strong retailer partnerships. A strong candidate has beverage sales experience and is 21+ with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of beverage sales, merchandising, or route execution preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21+ years of age with valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Grow market share by expanding distribution points across relevant categories.
• Present and promote a broad portfolio of brands to retailers and align with promotions.
• Increase shelf space and secure primary placements for core SKUs.
• Launch and execute sales promotions to drive lift and distribution wins.
• Introduce and support new product launches with plans, POS, and events.
• Maintain product freshness through stock rotation and inventory checks.
• Monitor account inventories and prevent out-of-stocks or aging stock.
• Build relationships with store managers and buyers through regular visits.
• Negotiate display opportunities to enhance visibility and sales.
