Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader, Sales to drive exceptional in-store experiences and lead a team to meet and exceed goals. You will open/close procedures, handle cash, and ensure the store is business ready each day.

You will champion a positive team culture, assist across departments, and act as a brand ambassador by sharing product knowledge about collaborations and launches to elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and collaborate with Store Management to meet sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities in your area, delegating tasks and ensuring follow-up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge about product collaborations and launches to boost engagement.
• Adhere to Crocs policies, including Asset Protection, inventory control and compliance.
