Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Manhattan is seeking a Team Lead, Sales Full Time to help deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive store performance. You will lead daily activities, support associates, and partner with store management to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of this position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while demonstrating Crocs' core values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and work with Store Management to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely follow-up.
