Job summary

Crocs is seeking a store associate in Florida to provide exceptional customer service and support across store operations. You will engage customers on the shop floor, assist in merchandising, POS functions, and stockroom tasks while upholding Crocs standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-3 years of retail experience.
• Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and concerns while upholding Crocs values.
• Assist in all store departments including POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visuals and stockroom operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and collaborate with Store Management to meet sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, monitor progress and ensure timely follow-up with high service standards.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and launches, sharing knowledge with consumers.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control and compliance.
