Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience, with preference for candidates with store leadership roles.

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Support all store departments: POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, stockroom operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and work with Store Management to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure follow-up.
