Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 2–3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours; regular attendance is essential.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs service standards.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and work with Store Management to meet sales goals.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations.
• Communicate ideas and feedback to foster a positive team culture while upholding Crocs values.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up with high service standards.
• Stay informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives to elevate customer engagement.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
