Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
• Assist in all store departments, including POS, customer service, merchandising and stockroom operations
• Lead on the sales floor to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals
• Manage day-to-day team activities and ensure timely follow-up
• Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing product knowledge and brand initiatives
• Adhere to all policies, asset protection, inventory control and compliance initiatives
