Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a store associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support all store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist in POS, merchandising, and stockroom tasks while upholding Crocs policies and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience, preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our CROCS service model.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation and stockroom operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities within your area by delegating tasks and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, and inventory control.
