Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a store associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and actively support all store operations.

You will contribute to a positive team culture while upholding Crocs values, assist across departments including POS, merchandising, and stockroom, and lead by example to meet sales goals on the shop floor. Responsibilities include daily team coordination, product knowledge, and brand initiatives awareness to engage customers and strengthen connections with Crocs

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience, leadership preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating Crocs, Inc. values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, working with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities within your assigned area, delegating tasks and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
