Responsibilities

• Train and mentor agents; manage a downline and ensure policy/compliance.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and development strategies for agents’ production.
• Maintain personal production to meet goals and objectives.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of licensed agents; facilitate licensing training.
• Conduct on-the-job training with new agents, including appointment sharing and commissions.
• Develop additional Unit Field Trainers within branch/satellite branches.
• Participate in management team meetings and help meet branch goals.
