TriNet is seeking a Manager, Revenue Talent Development to recruit and develop Associate Sales Consultants (ASCs) through the Ascend Program in a fast-paced environment. You will lead cohorts, drive capability development, and partner with Field Sales to ensure ASCs deliver value while preparing for promotion into Sales Consultant roles.

You will oversee training, enablement, and performance management, building an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience (PEO industry experience a plus).
• Experience in leading people, managing teams, coaching, or mentorship is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and nurture a diverse ASC talent pipeline.
• Coach ASCs to develop consultative sales skills and product knowledge.
• Lead formal training sessions and enablement aligned to TriNet’s products and sales skills.
• Partner with Field Sales to align ASC performance with business needs.
• Manage program operations including travel budgets and metrics tracking.
