Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Manager, Revenue Talent Development to recruit, coach, and develop Associate Sales Consultants through the Ascend Program. You will lead ASC cohorts, drive sales capability, and partner with Field Sales to ensure value and readiness for promotion into Sales Consultant roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience (PEO industry experience a plus).
• Experience in leading people, managing teams, coaching, or mentorship is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and build ASC talent pipeline through universities and partners.
• Lead end-to-end ASC recruiting for multiple cohorts annually.
• Coach ASCs to develop consultative selling skills and product knowledge.
• Lead training sessions and ensure proficiency with core tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with Field Sales to support deals and gather feedback.
• Manage team travel, budgets, and program operations.
• Track performance metrics to improve program outcomes.
