Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for customers and respond to requests.
• Source non-stock items for orders and projects.
• Communicate with customers and vendors in English via email or phone.
• Enter new and revised purchase orders into the system.
• Send requisitions to purchasing for non-stock materials.
• Maintain expedite reports and customer portals as required.
• Keep an up-to-date backlog report for monitoring.
• Prepare paperwork for new or existing customers.
• Assist the Sales Team with daily tasks as needed.
• Greet and screen telephone calls professionally.
• Operate computer systems and maintain a clean office environment.
