Responsibilities

• Preparing quotes for customers as requested.
• Source non-stock items.
• Communicating via email or phone calls with customers and vendors, generally done in the English language.
• Entering new and/or revised purchase orders.
• Send requisitions to the purchasing department as needed for non-stock material.
• Maintain expedite reports and customer portals as required by the customers.
• Maintain an up to date back log report.
• Prepare and finalize any paperwork required for new or existing customers.
• Assist the Sales Team as needed.
• Greet and screens telephone calls in a professional manner.
• Operate computer systems.
• Maintain a clean office environment.

• Other duties may be assigned by WireMasters Management.
