• 2+ years of customer service experience.

• Manufacturing or Distribution experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist Sales Managers with pre-sales activities, including maintaining contact databases and handling sample requests.
• Manage all after-sales activities, from order entry to processing.
• Monitor order process and adjust shipment dates to avoid delays; check due orders and pending approvals.
• Assist customers and agents, collaborate with other departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Generate artwork for customized work orders during sampling and ordering phases.
• Manage return orders and data entry, inform involved departments.
• Follow up on overdue orders according to protocol.
• Retrieve sales documents for regulatory purposes and exports per Sales Manager instructions.
• Archive files on network/email as directed by Sales Manager.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
