Core & Main is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support to customers, Outside Sales Representatives, and branch personnel. You will help coordinate quotations, orders, product sourcing, pricing, availability, and order follow-up.

You will enter and manage customer orders with accuracy, source materials, and maintain strong product knowledge to support the sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years in customer service or sales support.
• Experience with inventory sales/order systems.
• Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide responsive sales and customer service support to established and prospective customers.
• Enter and manage customer orders while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Source products and procure materials necessary to complete customer orders.
• Obtain vendor pricing, including special or project-specific pricing when appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and Outside Sales Representatives.
• Follow orders and customer requests through completion, proactively resolving issues that could affect service.
• Develop strong product and industry knowledge to assist customers and the sales team.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations regarding material availability, staging, pickup, and delivery requirements.
• Research order discrepancies, shortages, pricing issues, returns, and other customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, order, and pricing information.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal associates.
