Ariston Group is seeking a Sales Support professional to join our Customer Experience team, working with Regional Sales Managers and key customers to ensure proactive, accurate order handling and cohesive account management.

You will assist with purchase orders, respond to inquiries same business day, maintain open order reports in the ERP, and coordinate production schedules across US time zones. SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of Customer Service experience.
• Minimum two years related Sales Support experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively across channels.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Experience with standard Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers to understand sales plans and customers for proactive support and cohesive account management.
• Conduct meetings with customers to review purchase orders, update orders, and coordinate production schedules.
• Create and maintain open order reports in the ERP system and document changes.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a same-business-day manner via phone and email.
• Gather order updates and obtain revised Purchase Order approvals to meet customer needs.
• Develop improved business processes and cross-train other Sales Support Specialists.
