Job summary

Baralan USA, Inc. is a global leader in cosmetic packaging solutions, seeking a Sales Support to assist the Sales Managers in Carson, CA. You will handle order entry, samples, and post-sales processing, while coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

The role requires 2+ years of customer service, proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, and strong communication skills. This on-site position offers health insurance, PTO, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Some college preferred.
• Manufacturing or Distribution experience a plus.
• Strong communication (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Database Systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers with all pre-sales activities, including maintaining contact databases and sample requests.
• Manage all after-sales operational activities, starting from order entry and processing.
• Monitor order process, adjust shipment dates, and ensure timely release of orders.
• Assist customers and potential agents with urgency, collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and promote satisfaction.
• Manage artwork generation for customized work orders during sampling and ordering phases.
• Manage return orders and data entry in the system; inform involved departments.
• Carry out overdue customer follow-up procedures per established protocols.
• Support Sales Managers and New Business Development.
• Archive files on the network and email in Outlook per directives from the Sales Manager.
