Job summary

Baralan USA, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive in the United States to support the Sales Team and grow into an outside sales role. The position starts with inside sales tasks such as customer service, order management, and upselling for an assigned portfolio.

As experience and performance grow, you will take on customer visits, new business development, and territory growth, while meeting KPIs and contributing to sales forecasts. The role offers commission opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience.
  • Manufacturing, distribution, packaging, cosmetics, or related industry experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to create rapport with customers – extraverted personality.
  • Desire to build a long-term career in outside sales and business development.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to customer meetings as responsibilities expand.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of small and mid-sized existing customer accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Develop relationships with assigned customers while providing exceptional service.
  • Enter orders, quotations, sample requests, artwork requests, and other sales-related administrative tasks.
  • Monitor order status, shipment schedules, due orders, and pending approvals to ensure timely execution.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers on pre-sales and after-sales activities.
  • Generate quotations and assist with pricing in accordance with Company policies.
  • Support customers with technical documentation, export documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and customer contact information.
  • Learn Baralan's complete product portfolio, manufacturing processes, and commercial procedures.
  • Prospect and qualify potential new customers through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Gradually transition into customer visits and new business development as training milestones are achieved.
  • Meet established sales goals, pipeline objectives, and KPIs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and periodic reports.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Role Summary:

Support the Sales Team while developing into a full-time outside sales professional. REQUIREMENTS:

CAREER PATH:

Salary
