Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts and nurture relationships.
• Process and manage orders from inquiry to delivery with accuracy.
• Collaborate with production, design, and logistics to meet timelines.
• Provide product recommendations and technical guidance to customers.
• Monitor orders, communicate updates, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain data in the order management system and generate reports.
• Support upsell initiatives and capture customer feedback.
