Job summary

Preferred Materials, Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking a desk-based liaison in Orlando to support customers and internal teams. You will expand account share by applying PMI sales processes and providing expert product knowledge.

Responsibilities include handling quotes, entering orders, processing COD payments, and delivering timely updates to sales staff while ensuring safety and professional communication at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year customer service experience required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, criminal background check and driving record review.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety standards are met by complying with legislation, company policies and promoting a safe work environment.
• Interact professionally with peers, management and the general public.
• Answer all customer inquiries to assist in closing the sale in coordination with appropriate sales personnel.
• Provide timely responses to all customer requests for quotes by communicating effectively with internal staff.
• Ensure all correspondences and communications are conducted in a professional manner; consistent with corporate policies.
• Enter sales orders and/or quotes for sales representatives.
• Process payments for CODs.
• Provide timely sales support to internal and external sales personnel including updates on orders and inventory inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints with the appropriate department.
