Job summary

MCPc Incorporated is seeking a Sales Support Representative I to collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Support teams, handling pre-sales activities, quotes, and opportunity management. You will work with OEMs, distributors, and customers to provide top-tier service and optimize pricing workflows in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain accurate customer records, support CRM updates, and assist with deal registrations and pipeline management while delivering a best-in-class customer

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant Customer Service experience or formal business education required.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer quote requests accurately and timely by reviewing requirements and coordinating with manufacturers and distribution partners for best pricing.
• Manage customer requests through the MCPc quoting process to ensure timely response.
• Manage open opportunities and use of client/vendor portals.
• Assist with maintenance of customer records and quoting functions and win/loss stages for client proposals and MCPc opportunities.
• Expand MCPc business within assigned accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Penetrate MCPc business for targeted prospect accounts.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and colleagues daily in a polite, professional manner.
• Manage opportunities on department service board and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Escalate issues promptly to Client Service Leadership with necessary docs.
• Coordinate with Post-Sales and other teams for order support and issue resolution.
• Maintain pipeline reports and backlogs to ensure smooth flow of opportunities.
• Maintain product, vendor, and pricing knowledge to exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure effective collaboration and long-term client relationships.
