Job summary

CRH is seeking a Remote Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and enhance customer experience across homeowners, dealers, and contractors. The role involves managing inquiries, preparing quotes, coordinating orders, and aligning with logistics, finance, and operations to meet sales goals.

Located in the US, the position is remote with preferred hubs in the Philadelphia, Boston, or Providence areas. The applicant should have CRM experience, strong communication, and customer service skills,

Qualifications

• High School or technical school or equivalent in experience, training and education.
• Salesforce or any CRM Experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in block/brick manufacturing industry or related field recommended.
• Proven support experience.
• Excellent customer service-oriented skills.
• Computer literate, MS Office suite, order tracking software, email, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and an easy-to-do-business-with approach.
• Manage CRM systems and other sales tools, ensuring all customer and sales information is up to date.
• Enter and process cases, leads and opportunities in SF initiatives in a timely manner.
• Provide prompt responses to inquiries meeting team and customer needs.
• Provide product and technical information to customers.
• Investigate and research all customer inquiries and follow up promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and submittals for the commercial market.
• Support sales leadership in creating and implementing new processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Work with operations to resolve inventory, shipping, and delivery challenges.
• Assist with quality issues, job site coordination, and transportation challenges.
• Partner with marketing teams to align promotional activities and technical resources.
