CRH is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Florida to coordinate delivery schedules for ready-mix and related products. You will handle calls, emails, and orders, maintaining accurate system data while ensuring timely deliveries and high safety standards.

Ideal candidates have call center experience, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset. The role supports a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center or related construction experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical and basic computer skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and stay in contact with drivers for delivery routes.
• Answer telephone, radio, and email to input customer orders.
• Know available mixes and schedule orders accurately per the system.
• Use company systems to monitor and manage customer expectations.
• Follow safety policies, OSHA requirements, and procedures.
• Interact professionally with peers, contractors and the public.
• Monitor route changes and work with drivers for timely deliveries.
