Job summary

Preferred Materials is seeking a Sales Administrator to serve as a desk-based liaison between customers and staff. You will support sales teams, process quotes/orders, and manage communications to help close sales.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce are preferred. You may be asked to work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Salesforce experience preferable.
• Ability to pass background checks and work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders and/or quotes for sales representatives.
• Process payments for CODs.
• Provide timely sales support to internal and external sales personnel.
• Answer customer inquiries to assist in closing the sale.
• Resolve customer complaints with the appropriate department.
• Maintain a professional attitude with peers, management, and the public.
