Job summary

Centella is seeking a Sales Support Assistant in Miami to assist the Customer Relations team through the sales cycle. You will maintain customer and opportunity data across CRM systems, support quotations, and coordinate with operations and vendors to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Account Executives, preparation of demos, and handling compliance documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in sales support, customer service, order administration, or similar admin role.
• Experience in medical equipment or capital equipment sales is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer, contact, and opportunity data in CRM systems (Shareville, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Support quotes, procurement, and sales documents.
• Coordinate with operations, purchasing, logistics, finance, and vendors for timely order fulfillment.
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and internal reviews; prepare materials as needed.
• Assist with lead follow-up, bid/tender docs, and compliance documents.
• Produce forecasts, order-status, backlog, and activity reports for sales leadership.
