Job summary

DPR Construction seeks an experienced Inside Sales and Customer Support professional to manage customer inquiries, sales orders, and fulfillment activities. You will be the primary internal contact ensuring accurate order processing, timely issue resolution, and consistent service delivery, while applying product knowledge to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
3-5 years of inside sales, customer service, or sales operations experience required.
2-4 years of construction supplies, equipment industry, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Manages customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
Creates and maintains accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts.
Coordinates purchasing activities for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services.
Supports inventory, equipment, and receiving activities by maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies.
Collaborates with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to identify customer needs and propose solutions.
Uses product and equipment knowledge to assist customer decision-making and resolve service issues.
Prioritize tasks and manage time to consistently meet service standards.
