Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent engineering experience.
• Experience processing orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer files with sales contracts.
• Ability to provide price quotations, complete order sheets, and verify item prices and quantities.

Responsibilities

• Quote Creation: manage new quotes and configuration changes.
• CTL Submittal: handle initial CTL and related change CTLs and reminders for approvals.
• PG System/Upgrades/Software Bookings: submit CBC, review PO, attach documents and route for approvals.
• Acceptance: verify acceptance dates align with CPA criteria; identify risks and communicate updates to the acct team and finance.
• Customer Communication: support weekly calls with Intel CCM and account team and coordinate with departments on orders and pricing.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent engineering experience
