Job summary

Lam Research in Austin, TX is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support sales by providing technical and administrative product information, creating quotes, and managing new configurations in CRM.

You will coordinate with market researchers and CSBG, process CBCs and POs, route documents for approvals, and maintain accurate customer files and pricing data across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent engineering experience.
• Experience with process orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer files with sales contracts and other information.
• Experience maintaining customer files with sales contracts and customer information.
• Ability to give price quotations, completes, order sheets, and checks the price and quantity of each item listed.

Responsibilities

• Quote Creation: Systems: New Quote and change configuration management.
• Initial System CTL and limited CK CTL (PM's to Manage).
• Change CTL for Systems and change CTL for CK's/Upgrade (Limited R) PM's to Manage.
• Review all Pending CTL's for Intel Team, Send reminder to approvers.
• PG System/Upgrades/Software Bookings: Submit CBC/Review PO/ Attach all required Documents/Route for Approvals.
• ISR initiation requests to Service Managers.
• Coordinate notifications out to CSBG.
• Acceptance: Verify / Manage Acceptance Dates align to CPA criteria.
• Identify risks/upside to Account Team, Finance, BDSO; attend meetings and communicate updates.
• Manage follow up inquiries and push notifications; Submit / Manage RFC's to AE.
• Customer Communication: Support weekly calls with Intel CCM and Account team; provide necessary correspondence; distribute order sheets; coordinate with departments on order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders.

The impact you’ll make

Plans and implements projects that support the sales. Assist sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information. Works with market research representatives and updates automated tracking system such as CRM. Coordinates with Sales Reps to provide documentation and satisfy customer requirements.

• Submit / Manage RFC's to responsible AE

Customer Communication

• Support weekly calls with Intel CCM and Account team based on Forecast/Order/ Delivery.
• Provide necessary correspondence based on change/new activity request from Intel
• Will distributes order sheets to respective departments.
• Will coordinate with departments on order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent engineering experience.
• Previous experience preferred with process orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer files with sales contracts and other information.
• Any experience maintaining customer files with sales contracts and customer information.
• Ability to give price quotations, completes, order sheets, and checks the price and quantity of each item listed.
