Job summary

You will be the primary contact for customer inquiries and strive to create a positive experience. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or quoting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes incoming quote requests promptly and accurately.
• Works with customers and internal teams to resolve missing/incorrect information.
• Gathers pricing, lead times, and details for accurate quotes.
• Supports new product launches including part numbers and PPAP.
• Maintains records of quote requests and communications in the quoting system.
• Conducts mass price updates and maintains customer scorecards.
• Coordinates to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
