Job summary

Lam Research is seeking an experienced Operations & Supply Chain professional in California to oversee forecast accuracy and the booking/configuration process. You’ll coordinate with regional sales, engineering, and global ops to meet customer requirements and drive timely order execution.

You will lead a small team, apply data-driven analysis, and ensure proper documentation, pricing alignment, and adherence to procedures while supporting quarterly financial reviews and gross margin targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• 2 years of supervisory or cross-functional leadership experience.
• Mandarin language fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure forecast accuracy in CRM based on latest business assumptions and market conditions.
• Oversee booking process and secure necessary documents and internal approvals.
• Lead product configuration for each order with sales, engineering, and global ops.
• Communicate special configurations via NSR and coordinate with engineering to meet timelines.
• Disseminate near-term forecasts to global operations and factories for order execution.
• Conduct regular meetings to review shipments with global ops and escalate issues.
• Update sales on shipment status and alignment of timelines.
• Manage late configuration changes and proactive planning to minimize disruptions.
• Lead negotiation for customer specifications between sales and product engineering groups.
• Support quarterly forecast reviews with finance and biz dev for gross margin insights.
