Responsibilities

• Own and support CRM sales system enhancements from intake through launch.
• Document user stories, requirements, KPIs, and functional specifications.
• Analyze current-state processes; drive standardization, simplification, and scalability.
• Plan and support UAT, test cases, regression testing, and release readiness.
• Improve data quality, reporting, dashboards, and single-source-of-truth across systems.
• Drive user adoption through training, communications, demos, and guides.
• Maintain project trackers, action logs, and readiness checklists to meet milestones.
