• Must have strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with quoting, order processing, and customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Director and team with daily account needs.
• Research products, pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and customer presentations.
• Coordinate samples, artwork, proofs, and approvals.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding active projects.
• Review orders for pricing, quantities, decoration, shipping, and accuracy.
• Maintain customer, quote, and order information in company systems.
• Track open projects, deadlines, and outstanding action items.
• Identify and help resolve order issues or delays.
• Coordinate with art, purchasing, production, shipping, and other departments.
• Maintain organized customer and project records.
• Provide project status updates to the sales team and leadership.
