Job summary

Epiq Solutions is seeking a highly responsive Sales Support Representative to support the sales organization with quotes, orders, and customer service. The role connects Sales, Operations, Finance, and customers to ensure accurate information and timely follow-through.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in sales support or related roles, a customer-focused mindset, and strong communication skills, with proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office. On-site Illinois options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5+ years in sales support, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to prepare detailed customer quotes and orders with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day support for the sales team and quotes.
• Prepare, review, and deliver customer quotes with accuracy and speed.
• Confirm pricing, configurations, terms, and lead times before quotes.
• Maintain Salesforce data accuracy and generate reports for GTM meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure commitments.
